How to Check the Balance of Your Fresh Laundry Card

You can check your laundry card balance in-store at the laundromat or by phone. Soon you’ll be able to check your balance online here on our website.

Check Your Balance In-Store

Place your card in either of the Payment Center kiosks located next to the customer service desk. The balance will appear on the screen.

Pro tip: Register your laundry card at the kiosk. If you ever lose your laundry card you will be able to lookup your account by name and number and the kiosk will automatically issue you a new card with the correct balance.

Check Your Balance by Phone

Call the store anytime between 6am to 10pm and give the Fresh team member your card number. They will look up the card details and provide a balance over the phone.
